Ordering

To order one of our bike racks, click on the link to the left for the type of rack you would like to order. Go down that page until you find the rack you wish to order and click the "Buy Now" button.

You will be taken step-by-step through the ordering process.

We accept payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, that is OK. When you click on the “Buy Now” button, we will step you through the process of ordering with your credit card.

CycleSimplex uses a secure shopping cart system, so your information is always protected.

Normal shipping is within 10 business days of receipt of payment.
User assembly is required.

Return and Refund Policy

Standard bike racks can be returned for a refund of the cost of the bike rack for any reason within 15 days of receipt as long as it is in the original packaging and not damaged.

Standard bike racks are warranteed for 90 days during which time CycleSimplex will replace defective components.

Custom and semi-custom bike racks are not refundable. Custom and semi-custom bike racks are warranteed for 90 days during which time CycleSimplex will replace defective components.
